Most paint failure isn't a paint problem — it's a preparation problem. Coating over chalk, dirt, loose paint or open seams guarantees the same failure comes back, usually within a couple of seasons.
On our projects, the majority of the hours often go into work you'll never see once the finish coat is on. That's exactly why the finish lasts.

Pressure Washing
Chalk, dust, pollen and mildew come off first. Coatings bond to a clean surface, not a dirty one.

Masking & Protection
Windows, roofing, concrete, landscaping, floors and furnishings get covered before anything is opened.

Scraping & Sanding
Failing coatings are removed and edges are feathered so old failure doesn't telegraph through new paint.

My wife and I have been talking about painting our house for a few years. I tend to do everything myself but finally conceded the argument and decided to hire a painter. After calling several painting contractors and not getting satisfactory response, my daughter told us about IPP. Joe immediately returned our call and agreed to come and look at our job. Joe was friendly and professional. We had a short timeline and IPP was able to come through. They started a few days later and showed up with several guys. They immediately started masking, scraping, and pressure washing. They did a great job that exceeded our expectations.
